I've officially been "tagged" by one of my blogger buddies: Katie, from "two miracles".
The 6 Quirks Meme
The Rules:
1. Link the person(s) who tagged you
2. Mention the rules on your blog
3. Tell about 6 unspectacular quirks of yours
4. Tag 6 fellow bloggers by linking them
5. Leave a comment on each of the tagged blogger’s blogs letting them know they’ve been tagged
My Quirks: (other wise known as Jonathan's pet-peeves)
1. I have a foot/sock obsession, and I absolutely LOVE to tuck my socks between my toes. I have a whole, little process of stretching my sock out, rolling it up, and sticking it between my first and second toes. I am a little more lax about it these days, but it use to be a serious obsession! If my socks came "un-tucked" through out the day then I would immediately pull my shoes off and "re-tuck" - sometimes this would be multiple times a day. I even sleep with tucked socks! Crazy and weird, I know!
2. When I buy new clothes, I love to take the little-plastic-tag-hangy-thing and chew on it. And chew and chew and chew.
3. I tear my toe nails! I hardly ever use toenail clippers. I sit and play with my toes and tear the nails off if they are too long. (can you see why these are Jonathan's pet peeves?!)
4. Every morning when I get ready, I line my make-up, brush, hairspray, (etc.) up around the edge of my sink. As I finish using each product, I systematically put them away, and then I can tell when I am almost done with my getting ready process!
5. I don't like condiments. No mayo. No mustard. No ketchup. No tartar. No cocktail sauce. No horseradish. Nothing. Nada. Zilch.
6. I am notorious for leaving 1/2 full water bottles, coffee cups, and glasses on my night stand by my bed. One time, Jonathan brought 6-7 different containers down to me, and they were all only 1/2 consumed.
I can't believe I just shared all of those quirky things about myself. I'm sure there are more, but thankfully, we were only required to list 6! I might start losing friends if I had kept on listing them out! : )
Now, I am ready to hear your quirks - see if you can top mine! The following blogging buddies are officially "tagged": Mary, Julie, Melissa, Rufus, Cathy, and a very faithful non-blogger, blog reader, Annette! (you can just leave your quirks in my comment section!)

I was tagged by one of your tagees, so I wandered over to take a look at the blog. It's great. It looks awesome. Maybe you could talk Jonathan into talking Rufus into redesigning Korrektiv. The letter "K" is great, but the rest is ... so 2005.
Hi Ashley - well you tagged me and I have been racking my brains trying to figure out my quirks. When you live alone no one points anything out to you, so it is harder to identify your quirks. I could come up with 4 for sure. No one close to me could find anything to add to this list. Funny, I thought I was a quirky person.
1. Whenever I look in the mirror to put on makeup or comb my hair, I close one eye completely. Strange huh?
2. When I am in a car at the stoplight or just waiting, I tap the steering wheel with my finger nails. This quirk drives my daughter crazy.
3. If I do not tap my fingernails on the steering column, I play with the keys. This also seems to be a bothersome quirk for anyone riding with me.
4. I don't like to "pick up" around the house. Either I want to clean thoroughly, or I mean top to bottom or I just let it go. For instance, All week I'll keep putting my clean laundry on the couch until finally I not only hang it all up but I reorganize the entire closet or dresser drawers too. There are times when no one would believe I am obsessive-compulsive about cleanliness; other time's things are operating room clean and neat.
5. The drawer with my plastic storage containers must stay organized. I stack everything neatly by size and shape, including the lids. I may let another cabinet get a little out of order but not that plastic container drawer. I love being able to find the matching lid instantly.
I'm short 1 but that's all I've got. If I every think of one I'll send it.
No condiments? Tucked socks? Where are you from Ashley? lol
